[1.6.2 FIXED] Evasion is always only 25% of hostile spells and abilities

Just like the two pictures above, the chance of dodging fear is only 25%

But my dodge is obviously 254%, but still only 25% for hostile spells and abilities

Hold on, I need to look into if this is intentional or not. I think this skill is not supposed to make you completely immune to magic attacks.

I've reworked the trait to work like it did in the original Lost Labyrinth. Gives you flat 50% chance to avoid attacks (works in addition to Dodging attacks as normal)
