[1.3.3 FIXED] Death knight bug?

When I use the spell "accolate death knight" on a skeleton I gain the control of the deathknight but is 0 hp and I can't move it or continue playing.

I can confirm this bug in version 1.3.3 (an error in detecting if characters are dead at end of turn).

It should be fixed for 1.3.4
