Charmed Monsters
Dominant Fire is a cool idea but unusable in those special levels that are all fire and lava (the place where it should be best).
This is what happened.
Beacuse I could see the whole map I could also see all of the monsters animations at the end of each turn.
While all this animation would take a long time you would think that as the monsters kill each other
there would be less animation each turn and so it will eventually settle down, right...?
but no... the charmed fire monsters used fire attacks on non-charmed fire immune monsters doing no damage each time.
And so on and on it gos... each turn taking a really long time and not really changing the level at all turn by turn.
Real life time consumed getting through this one level was about 10 times as long and it was... omg... really boring.
I imagine this would be the same for players with trusight and mass confusion.
Even rattenfanger can waste a lot of time with those rats that sporn other rats.
You would think that it would be the best because now you have an army of rats right?
Not really, if a charmed monster sporns another monster the new monster is not charmed and will attack (and be attacked by)
the first monster.

Suggested Changes
1. Monsters targeting other monsters using any damaging attacks (not status effects)
first check the maximum possible damage, if maximum possible damage = 0 then do not attack (or animate).

2. Any monster sporning should also inherit status effects from the parent
(including time remaining, so they will both un-charme on the same turn).

Yes, this has been reported before. Something needs to be done to reduce animations/focus on monsters that are far away from the player.

The best, but also the requiring the most work :roll:, would be to animate all charmed monster attacks at the same time. Just as all regeneration animations have to come as one. That would then take just as much time as any single animation. And be hilarious to watch.
