Hello and welcome to the game discussion forum for Lost Labyrinth DX!

I am Johan Jansen aka Zefz, the developer of Lost Labyrinth DX. I have also previously been developer on the previous PureBasic version of Lost Labyrinth.

Really Happy to see this game still going
I do miss some of the old things tho, free magic, undead and I think it was called the Hero Potion. It was a potion that would level you up.

Free Magic should be fairly easy to add, but I remember it was tricky to balance in the old Lost Labyrinth

Isn't Undead the same as the Vampirism trait?

Hero Potion would be the same as Eye of Udajat that increases experience level. It's in the game but it is rare

Very cool to see that our game lives on!

We all get older so I do not find the time to continue development for the "old" purebasic version.
I have two daughters now that pretty much use all my spare time.

I will play some rounds of the new version though!

Keep up the good work Johan. I am excited!

Just want to pop in and say that I've played LLaby off and on in its various incarnations for quite some time and with long breaks in between. After a while I will be clicking through my games folder on the way to something else and notice that Laby folder and realize I miss it... Thank you markus and zefz both!


I had a text file with small notes of bugs and feedback for the game since 1.7 that I had forgotten about, but now checked the website to find a new version - huzzah! So I have been playing again and verifying the old bugs and balance issues and will be spamming the suggestions and bug sub-forums
