[1.9.0 FIXED] Crow form has no end transformation skill

Characters who cast crow form are left with no way to return to human form without dying/ending duration.

Also the hotbar for both crowform and summoned birds is now filled with 10 copies of stealth, auto-populating the skill bars went a bit overboard
