[1.8.0] Etheralness - special rooms

There is this bug with Etheralness and those surprise trap rooms where you get surrounded. With Etheralness you are not moved into to center.

...bug still present.
Not really a problim.

(nerfing was a really good idea, spell is still VERY usable)
