I guess I could enable some SIMD instructions, they aren't really important for the performance gain though. It's not like a turn-based game like LabyDX is computation heavy :)

Oh seems there is something wrong with the windows download. I will fix it asap.

Try again with version 1.6.1

It should now work with any x86 CPU.

Thanks for reporting this! You are right. I've targeted the instruction set for "core2" architecture and above. In original Lost Labyrinth it was 1 damage per turn until you hit 150 hunger, then it would become

2 + ( hunger - 150 ) / 50
The numbers of life is not exactly equal in LabyDX however, since 1 LabyDX HP equals about 1.6 Lost Labyrinth HP (same with damage and mana).

Yes most benefits are currently for melee/archers. The main benefit for casters would be able to see what kind of resistances monsters have (e.g immune to fire damage). Each point in lore gives you the ability to identify (examine) more powerful monsters (you get to see their stats, hp, spells, etc.) You gain lore by defeating monsters, disarming traps and being poisoned 100 is the maximum lore (120 is the maximum if you have Lore Master) Poison Lore probably needs...
